Hello! I'm Kenclly

I fell in love with color when I was 3 years old 🖼. My mother and dad shared with me their love of painting and taught me how to paint 🎨, while also teaching me about the Bible and God’s creations. Through their marvelous sketches and colors, they taught me about the beginning of the world, how God separated the light from darkness, it was an amazing and unforgettable experience that sparked my love of art and the ability to convey such beautiful messages through it. My mom and dad taught to appreciate God’s creation, and the importance of teaching and sharing with others our knowledge about God, and all the things He created for our enjoyment.

This love of God and His creation, combined with the painting skills my parents taught me, led me to begin painting everything that I found beautiful around me. I loved expressing my love for God by painting his creations, the flowers, water, sky, and I loved to help others see the world God had made through my artistic talents. It was around this time that my grandmother, who has always had a brilliant entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge, noticed my love of painting, and how our home was full of my artwork. She showed me that I could share my artwork with the world, and helped me plan my very first own art show! I remember that day as if it was yesterday. That day I was able to see and feel the connection people had when seeing my art presentation, and as they were purchasing paintings, I loved to see which one they liked most and see their smiling faces. Something else I remember was I wanted to worship God at my art show, and so I had my own little concert as well! I specifically remember singing “This is my Father’s World”.

For all these years since I have been an artist. I went to a private art school, where I learned the different techniques and specialized in landscape and still life, and continued to work professionally as an artist. All along though, I have always described myself as a Christian Artist. Art doesn’t need any vocal language, more than our eyes, souls, minds, and hearts. I believe that I speak about Jesus in everything I paint because He gives me the inspiration. Because of this my artwork is always well known for putting a smile in the faces of people who see it, and it is my hope that they are a blessing to the place where they are brought. I pray that every piece of my artwork that people see or purchase is a reminder that God is with us.

Some fun facts about me is that I love to cook from scratch (which you can see in my vegetable and fruit paintings) I love to work on my garden (so I love to paint flowers), 🏔I love to hike and (so I love to painting beautiful landscapes inspired by those hikes), my artwork is also inspired by Bible verses. I love and care for animals. We have 2 miniature Manchester terriers, Cali and Ashlan, a girl and a boy, and 8 birds.

I love my family, and am so thankful for my parents, grandparents and all they taught me. For 18 years we had our beloved Annie, who you can see in my crest. My husband is the love of my life, and my daughter was my birthday present as I delivered her 2 days before my 21 birthday 🎂 since my daughter was born she has been our biggest joy and blessing ever for the last 30 years! In my family she is the only granddaughter, the only niece, and our only daughter. She has been a straight A student since she was in elementary school to college. She is my most beautiful blessing and gift from God I have ever had! I’m able to share my work with you in my website, because she designed it and she is my Art Graphic Designer.

I hope you enjoyed knowing more about the artist behind the paintings 🎨🖼🖌 It is my wish that you fall in love with my artwork, that you can see the beauty of the world through my paintings the way that I do, and get something that puts a smile on you or for your loved ones!
